LIMITED WARRANTY
1) The following is a list of states and provinces that do not allow limited warranty coverage on your Goodman heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system or a component of that system to be conditioned on registration:
a. California,
b. Florida, and
c. Quebec.
2) The following is a list of states that require limited warranty coverage in effect on your Goodman HVAC system or a component of that system to be transferred if the property containing that unit is conveyed to a new owner:
a. Florida, and
b. Texas.
NON-OWNER OCCUPIED RESIDENCE WARRANTY
1) For units installed at residential real property, the following is a list of states that do not allow warranty coverage on your Goodman heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system or a component of that system to be conditioned on registration:
a. Florida.
2) For units installed at residential real property, the following is a list of states that require warranty coverage in effect on your Goodman HVAC system or a component of that system to be transferred if the property containing that unit is conveyed to a new owner:
a. Florida, and
b. Texas.
