INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read the instructions carefully and submit all the requested documentation with your claim. This will help us keep the process simple and give you a prompt solution.

Submit one claim for each load.

Use the model/serial# fields for streamlined claims processing. For claims with more than 5 affected items or multiple issues, put additional information in the description.
LEVEL 1 - 15% Discount
Incudes minor cosmetic scratches, dents, indentations which affect the aesthetics of a unit or part, but does not hamper the functionality of a unit in any way.
LEVEL 2 - 30% Discount
Includes louver damages, moderate scratches, dented or bowed cabinet damages for furnaces and air handlers which cannot be repaired with panel replacement.
LEVEL 3 - 50% Discount
Includes more extensive scratches, dents, pierced cabinet and panel damages, corner posts and base pans which cannot be repaired, but do not affect the functionality of the equipment or part.
LEVEL 4 - Full Credit
Equipment is deemed non-sellable, and non-repairable. Internal damage includes heat exchangers, coils, and compressors. Unit must be scrapped, rating plate returned, warranty voided.
Your claim will be reviewed by our team and you will either receive an approval or denial by email within a few days.
Required Documentation:
Failure to provide ALL of the required claim information / documentation will result in immediate claim denial.
Deliveries: Daikin pre-pays 2hours of unloading time to allow for documenting overages / shortages / damages on the carrier's BOL at the time of unloading. (LTL excluded)
